    This 3-bedroom home comfortably accommodates families and groups with two king beds, a bunk bed, and a twin bed. With three bathrooms, including a jetted bathtub, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of mountain adventures.

This home is by far our favorite in Estes Park and we were finally able to stay here. It is beautiful! We had so much fun sitting riverside and watching our children safely play in the water. The home has everything you need. Rhe open windows at night gave a beautiful sound of the river and a refreshing breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing place! Minutes to the national park and downtown Estes Park, but still away from the main crowds. We stayed with three adults, two teenage boys and an 11 year old. There was more than enough room, and the kids loved playing in the game room while the adults relaxed on the deck listening to the river.Super clean house, very comfortable beds, and excellent communications with the owner.I highly recommend staying here!
