We loved our stay! Beautiful, spacious home with everything we needed!! The stream behind the house was so enjoyable! We walked acrossed the bridge for fresh cinnamon rolls and we also walked to Estes Park to shop and eat and tour the area!! Perfect stay!

This is the place to be if you want to experience the mountains in the beautiful Town of Estes Park.We had a Elk Doe walk within 12 ft of the cabin, there is a beautiful river running in the back of the house, the house is comfortable and spacious. Thank you for giving my family a great trip.

Location, location, location! On the river was calming and relaxing. Ease access to the park and downtown. Sleeps 6: comfortably but 8 is stretching it.

We saw multiple elk walking around the house every day but one while we were there. There is a beautiful stream at the back of the house that was pleasant to listen to. The house size and layout worked really well for our group, which was 2 families. The upstairs has two bedrooms and its own living room and bathroom and then the main level has a master bedroom. I would stay there again.

We had a great time. I had 3 things I wanted to do and I was able to get 2 sledding was the one I didn’t get to do. But we saw wild animals right outback and was able to make cookies with my great grandson. It was an amazing time.

Wonderful stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Lovely setting by the River, plenty of space for our family of five, well equipped kitchen and very close to town and RMNP. Loved the house and we would stay there again.

Great Home and Location

The property is in a very convenient location and was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the living area spacious. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Nice location and cozy

Would stay there again. Comfortable with a nice kitchen and view of the stream in back. Enjoyed the turkeys that visited the patio every morning.

Perfect getaway spot

The home was beautiful! Location on Fall River made it a perfect place to relax after exploring RMNP. Very clean and spacious. Loved all the windows! We were even greeted one morning by this guy!

This house is very spacious, in a good location and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting by the creek. One of the days we had 2 elk in the yard and on other day we had a turkey and her 4 babies. We also appreciated the easy check-in and checkout.

Fantastic property

Stayed here for a family wedding just up the road. House is large and well equipped. We had deer greet us at check in. Creek behind the property was very tranquil and beautiful. Would stay here again. Close to downtown and RNP
