Wildflower Retreat

Walk into the luxury of paradise on the mountaintop. You are just minutes from RMNP and Estes Park`s downtown shopping and restaurants. Bright and brand new, this home has it all and more! 2-level home with lots of room for the family. Sleeping for 12 to suit the larger gatherings and families. Walk into your private Primary Suite with the large Ensuite Bathroom, a high-ceiling shower and soaking tub, a walk-in closet for all your travel items, and a personal washer/dryer in the suite. The special touches never end! Offering three more comfortable bedrooms and a Murphy bed for the 4th sleeping area or an office away from home adds to the experience—an additional queen-sized Murphy bed in the recreational room downstairs. Flop on the huge couch in front of the fireplace, large windows open to mountain views, or watch TV. Top-end stainless steel finishes throughout the home, including the utterly modern kitchen, with an oversized fridge for all your groceries, gas stove, air conditioning, EV car charger, attached garage, and gas fireplace that comes on with a click of the remote for your ease and convenience. The main level has a Kitchen, Office/Murphy Bedroom, Living Room, and Primary Suite. The walkout level has an additional living room with entertainment galore! There is a popcorn machine, games, a game table, a TV, a sitting area, and a full wet bar for entertainment and convenience. There are three more bedrooms and two more bathrooms, a Murphy bed, a separate washer and dryer area, and a wonderful `mud room` directly inside the attached garage to store outdoor gear or just a nice place to put odds and ends. This home doesn`t stop there. We also have a full pup wash in the garage for your furry friends when coming home from a long day of fun outdoors. Clean up and forget the inside mess in the heated garage. This home is on a circle drive in a new neighborhood with paved streets for added convenience and a quiet location to enjoy the outdoors. There is a large deck on the back of the property with direct access from the kitchen or Primary Suite, twinkling overhead lights to build ambiance, a grill, and outdoor seating. The front porch has unobstructed views of the mountainside, and the walkout lower level has even more to offer. There is an additional outdoor patio and entertaining area out the sliding doors from the lower-level living room. Just pop around the corner to the beautiful outdoor firepit, more seating, and the six-person hot tub. Luxury while being surrounded by the enchanting geography of Estes Park.
Vacation Rental Agreement-
This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between Estes Park Property Management
(also referred to as the “Property Manager”) and you, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants”
and “Guests”). This contract is entered into as of the date when the Renters place their
reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Property Manager. The
Property Manager will notify the Renters when their reservation is accepted.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in and must be received before the lock box code and directions to the vacation rental are released.
Policy:
The Vacation Rental must be left picked up and the departure instructions followed. If there are
difficulties following the departure instructions, the renter should notify the property manager.
Reservation Policy:
We, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”) agree to the following:
1. We will be completely responsible for any and all damages to the property caused by
our negligence.
2. We will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival.
3. We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property
damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See
disclaimer below.
4. We will pay for any fee that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing
items.
5. Please follow the cancellation policy through the website you booked through.
6. There are no refunds for early departure or no shows.
7. There are no refunds for snow or weather conditions.
8. All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival.
9. All trash must be bagged and placed in bear proof trash can or cost of $100 for unbagged trash.
10. We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out if we get the request
to send items back, we will charge postal costs plus $15 for packaging.
11. Lost keys will incur replacement costs of $50
12. This is not a party house.
13. This is a non-smoking vacation rental.
14. Pets are not allowed in the rental unless property allows dogs or approved by the
property manager.
15. The Town of Estes Park passed an Ordinance which makes it against the law to exceed the maximum
stated occupancy.
16. Please check when your check in time is. An early check-in or late checkout is subject to
extra rental charges.
17. The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this vacation rental.
18. Please look at the cancellation policy. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the terms of
the cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and can ask you to leave the property if you are rude/disrespectful or breaking any of these rules. We will not be responsible for accidents or
injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Disclaimer:
Renters understand that the Property Manager is not responsible for any personal injury caused
by slipping on snow or ice, and that tenants are responsible for the removal of snow and ice
around the doorways and paths to car, to include the parking area.
And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to
tenants’ property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, acts of
god or nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves, tenants’ failure to remove snow around access areas, or any unforeseeable circumstances.
Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners of the vacation rental
responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for
intentional acts of harm.
By booking this property you are agreeing to this agreement and disclaimer applies to Renters and all guests in the Renters’ party.
I, the Renter, have read, understand, agree to, and will abide by this rental agreement and all
conditions stated herein.

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful and kitchen was very well stocked. Truly a beautiful property; modern, clean, elegant yet comfortable. The bedrooms were very nice. The 6th bed was in a common room, so really more intended for littles; but certainly enough room to accommodate for a variety of different groups who are looking to stay here. The garage door was a bit difficult to open, but nothing an adjustment to the track and sensor cannot fix. Thank you for a nice stay!

Clean and spacious place

Nice place and spacious. Most of the houses on the street are newly built. One or two houses were under construction which was somewhat unsightly. The landscaping around the house didn’t seem complete on the right side as it was bare dirt. The neighbors on the right side weren’t very friendly. Had a strange interaction with them. Place was fairly well supplied. Communication with the property manager was great and they were accommodating. Overall pretty good stay.

Great home to chill!

Enjoyed staying at this property. It was very well equipped and beautifully decorated. All of us like to cook and we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the hot tub and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were elk and turkeys in the backyard, which were fun to watch. Highly recommended!

Close to park, nice new house.

Overall it was a great house with plenty of room for our 11 people. Kitchen had everything you'd need and the place was clean. Proximity to the park was great for easy access. Some of the windows were missing blinds and blue paper was put up which made it feel unfinished. House must be really new because the landscaping wasn't finished. Adults didn't have a problem but kids playing made for a couple mud cleanups. For what you pay a night I would have expected everything to be done and working perfectly.

Amazing Estes Park Home

This high end home was absolutely stunning! Perfect in every way! Being a brand new home ( we were the third set of guests to stay) there were a few minor finishes not complete, but everything essential was immediately addressed by an incredibly responsive team. Rent this home! You'll be glad you did!!

Absolutely wonderful upscale home right next to RMNP!

We absolutely loved this home and everything about it is top notch! From the location, to the finishes inside and out, and even the host. We had plenty of space for our family and also rented the nearby Wranglers Cabin from the same hosts which was only 5 minutes walking distance away. During our stay we saw wild turkeys and even an elk right off the back deck. Later we learned from a neighbor there is a wildlife trail that backs up close to the property and seeing wildlife there is pretty common. This property has incredible views of the mountains, even from inside as the windows are very large and inviting. The appliances are all very high end including a massive refrigerator/freezer that can hold everything you could possibly want. The popcorn machine was a big hit as well, although I wish there would have been some popcorn and oil on hand at the house since we had to run to the local Safeway to get it. We did leave ample supply for the next guests. Our family had a wonderful time with the games offered such as darts, foosball, cards, jenga, etc. It was really nice to have all these amenities on hand and not have to bring them with us. A lot of memories were made here over the week and I highly recommend this high-end home to anyone!!

Wedding Bliss

A wonderful setting for a small group wedding at RMNP-Spraque Lake. The house was perfect and very roomy. Beautiful Master for the bride to be and her closest friends. Downstairs for both sets of parents, siblings, and friends. Worked out great. Note: Two full bathrooms downstairs but one is in a bedroom so technically only one shared bathroom for others. But a 1/2 bath upstairs. Kitchen was beautiful. Coffee Keurig with plenty of supplies. Would love to go back.
