“Wonderful mansion. Very appreciated complimentary wine tasting and mansion visit. Room with spa bathtub was very big and fitted two in the tub but didn’t have a hair dryer. The room service was meant to be till 10pm but at 9.17pm they answered that because it was winter they had already closed the kitchen and kindly made 2 toasts and an ice cream. It would have been nicer to be informed at check-in.”

When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -...

“The exterior photos in the listing were misleading, as they appeared to show the golf club rather than the actual accommodation location. We also noticed a few small cockroaches in the kitchen. Since there were only two of us staying, the second bedroom was locked, which made us feel a little uncomfortable and somewhat distrusted. Other than these issues, the stay was generally fine.”
