“Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

“This is the worst place we could have stayed, the reception was useless despite calling ahead to advie what time we would be there. The rooms were not clean, tables were dirty, no bedside tables no bedside lamp, floor sticky, no heating, rooms had windows out into the hallway with light flooding in. Doors were broken, bedroom had weird glass sliding doors. Not a nice place to stay.”

“They called me to cancel the morning of the stay and told me to contact Expedia. I didn't get a refund. They yelled at my colleague on the phone. Don't book here, book somewhere else, not worth it.”

“Hi team, Thank you I had a nice stay at the motel, however I would have appreciated that in our five nights stay there the room could have been vacuumed when we requested for the clean. Otherwise everybody was very helpful and the staff very honest and reliable🙏 I will definitely be staying at the hotel/ motel again next year. God bless!!”

“You can get AT bus for a fee if the free shuttle bus time doesn't suit. Walkable distance from the bus stop. The room is spacious, and cold despite the heater turned on, there is no extra blanket ready in the room.”

“Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. I received 6 emails during our stay with reminders of house rules, checkout procedures and even asking for...

“It’s a good apartment to stay for a couple of days but the location is not great. No shops/restaurants nearby. You definitely need a car. ”
