Benvenuti a Little River, con L. J Hooker Evans Head. Questa rinnovata casa in stile antico, completa di pavimenti in legno, si trova vicino a tutti i servizi. Situato nel centro del bellissimo villaggio di Evans Head.

Evans Head è ben noto per il nostro stile di vita rilassato con lunghe spiagge incontaminate, abbondanza di punti di pesca e pesca d'altura alle sue porte, un estuario del fiume che fornisce un luogo sicuro per i bambini a nuotare e spiagge per tutti e senza dimenticare il leggendario surf break!

Evans Head ha fantastiche aree pubbliche per barbecue, gazebo e aree riparate sparse per la nostra bellissima città. C'è una pista ciclabile che va dalla spiaggia di Airforce a Shark Bay, a piedi fino alla vedetta, accesso alla spiaggia 4WD a Airforce Beach, piscina coperta riscaldata di 25 metri, palestra, ristoranti, bar, Bowling Club, pub, RSL, negozi di abbigliamento, negozi di surf, Chimico, macellaio, panettiere, supermercati e altro ancora.

Excellent location and perfect for our little dog. House was clean, older but everything you need including a bath not just a shower, which for us was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again

The front door is almost impossible to open and it requires some maintenance and maybe a new lock and handle fittedLack of pathways on property makes it difficult to keep property clean as you have to walk on grass all the time when outside. Disappointing - Very dirty

The entire property smelt like old nicotine, so much that it has permeated our clothes and bedding we took with us. The walls in toilet had stains down them, the shower track was mouldy and grimy and there was hair in the drains. The kitchen table and benches were dirty and sticky and an old stinky sponge was left on the bench for us to use. When I went to use the kettle the board underneath it was green with powdery mould and all the dishes had to be washed prior to using as they had not been cleaned. The carpets were dirty and stained and the airconditioners were not fit for use - both were mouldy so we were unable to warm the house. Pretty bad that we are charged a cleaning fee as part of the rental price and the property was not even clean for us....Will not be staying here again and would not recommend this property to anyone else.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was okay for a family and good for dog but not advertised clearly. The second bedroom is off lounge with no separate door or privacy, and you have to walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the third bedroom. The height of the doorway is shorter than standard so tall people have to duck. The front door was not operational and this was not communicated. We had to use back door all the time. Concerning from emergency perspective. Each doorway has raised entry with a plank of wood which is trip hazard and 3 of use injured ourselves on these. Should cover with rugs, ramp or warn with bright tape. Other than that, good location and aircon, good yard for dog.
