“Clean room ”

“Property called “Canopy Treehouses”. My booking stated “Deluxe Cabin” but upon arrival found we had been allocated a caravan that had an “eco toilet” (hole in the ground) that you couldn’t flush. I expected a treehouse in the trees. This was a birthday present for my Husband so was disappointed & thought it very expensive for what we got. Not recommended.”

“The staff we interacted with were lovely (especially the reception person). A few things would make things easier for first-time guests: 1. Install one more sign on the VERY long driveway to assure drivers they aren’t going astray; 2. Ensure that non-smoking rules are followed; 3. Make sure guests don’t blast music in an otherwise nice natural environment. To reiterate, I think the hosts’ hearts are in the right place -I imagine it’s hard to be on top of everything.”

“We stayed in the hotel twice, the first room we stayed was really cleaned. But the second time, not really happy. The bathroom was dirty, did not look like it was cleaned. I needed to clean the sink due to some black stuffs on it even on the floor looks like dried vomit/blood. Wiped the toilet seat, look like someone stepped on it. They only replaced the towels. The teaspoons were still dirty(not washed), cups were dirty too. The beds were changed, everything is dusty. Hope they will do...
