"Part of the building date form the 16th century. The staff were welcoming with a good choice in the restaurant and the food was good. As I was staying one night I deliberately booked a small room. It still had everything I needed and was comfortable. Great area for an evening walk as there is a park within a few minutes walk. A Good hotel "

"First time booking an apartment and no regrets. Large main room and bedroom as well as excellent bathroom. Everything you need to either eat in the apartment or take advantage of the multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Town centre. Large screen smart TV with a the usual apps already installed. "Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. An eye mask and ear plugs were supplied as the only down side is there is noise from the street. The windows are sash and I expect can’t be double glazed. Probably not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper."

"The property is very unique and quirky. Staff are very friendly and helpful . The room had lots of extras and a wow a very comfy bed and pillows. Shops, resturants and bars in close walking distance. Also the hotel does have good selection of drinks. I will definitely be stopping again in the furure. "
