  • Questa casa con quattro camere da letto e due bagni è stata arredata in modo spettacolare, perfetta per la tua prossima vacanza. Questa proprietà è stata progettata per contenere le viste. Ormeggia la tua barca sul tuo pontile galleggiante privato o guarda il tramonto con la tua bevanda preferita sul grande mazzo. - Wifi gratis Di sopra Master suite - Camera king size con cabina armadio e bagno privato. Camera da letto 2 Queen Sized Camera da letto 3 Queen Sized Camera da letto 4 un letto a castello con lettino e fasciatoio. (la biancheria per la culla non è fornita) Bagno semi ensuite ponte Piano di sotto Cucina open space, sala da pranzo e salotto Lavanderia Armadio separato per l'acqua Grande ponte Questa proprietà ha cancelli per bambini nella parte superiore e inferiore delle scale e ha un cortile sicuro che lo rende perfetto per i bambini. Inoltre è incluso un pontile galleggiante con spazio per una barca di 11 metri (senza acqua o energia disponibile al molo). Posto auto coperto e garage non sono accessibili per gli ospiti. Due spazi per auto o barche senza problemi di spazio. Nota: non si accettano animali, non si fuma all'interno, si applicano restrizioni di rumore tra le 22:00 e le 8:00. TESTIMONIANZE Aprile 2018 - Una meravigliosa proprietà situata perfettamente. Installazione magnificamente per una giovane famiglia.

A bit disappointed

Felt like it used to be a luxury stay that hasn’t been maintained. Plenty of space kitchen items but mostly pretty old and worn Laundry - an empty laundry liquid container and the washing machine dispenser all clogged up so didn’t use Insufficient toilet paper for stay Towels old and stained Mattresses poor - ended up changing to a smaller bed mid stay as was getting too sore on soggy main bed Lots of pictures missing off hooks around the house Most of the blinds were damaged and one in the main bed missing Batteries seemed flat in remotes making it hard to operate Sink in upstairs bath clogged and didn’t drain Water never got past warm (boost didn’t seem to make any difference) Shower head in ensuite leaking so you had water spitting at you (cool) and started running spontaneously on 2 nights Rug in lounge needs non slip mat under it - dangerously slippery Lounge worn, dirty and holes Seating on main room deck worn stained and torn Speakers on deck rusted BBQ exterior not clean (didn’t use so not sure about interior or functionality) All of the above you don’t mind for a budget accommodation but when you’re paying $800+ per night for 6 nights it’s disappointing.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful house but infested

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and located in the perfect spot with morning sun and protection from the winds. The kitchen was well equipped, but if fishing best to bring your own freezer. The main problem with the house was the infestation of **** roaches (needs to be professionally sprayed) and the state of the house. We spent the first 2 days cleaning the house. Especially under the couches where we found dog food & used drugs and spider webs everywhere. Also had to scrub the BBQ. Given the $500+ cleaning fee would have expected the house to be spotless initially. Someone before us ad also broken into the owners cupboard.

July get away

Good house, just some information regarding hot water booster and lighting BBQ would have been appreciated. Otherwise very comfortable and sunrise on the back deck was awesome.
