Siediti e rilassati in questa bellissima casa sul canale a nord. quattro letti, tre bagni, garage. Prendi una spa nel rifugio al piano di sopra e goditi la piscina, con molta ombra dal grande ombrellone da 4 metri. Per lo chef gustare il grande barbecue in muratura all'aperto. Perfettamente messo insieme per garantire una meravigliosa vacanza a Exmouth. Piano di sotto Grande area soggiorno a pianta aperta, con una cucina ben attrezzata Sala teatro separata con un divano queen size e Foxtel. La camera da letto due ha due re singoli, Tre camere da letto ha due re singoli La camera da letto quattro è queen size. Due bagni Grande lavanderia Lock up garage. Master Ritiro al piano superiore letto matrimoniale con bagno Spa piattaforma separata Ampio balcone Grande TV a schermo piatto Tutte le camere hanno un televisore con lettore DVD, perfetto per intrattenere tutti; questa casa ha anche un dock per iPod, porta-lettino, play pen con materasso, materassino da gioco, seggiolone e baby rocker. Fuori questa proprietà è completamente recintata; fai una passeggiata giù per le scale fino a un molo privato che ha spazio per una barca di 8 metri (senza acqua o energia disponibile al molo). Schizza nella tua piscina privata guardando oltre i canali, C'è un parcheggio disponibile per tre auto e due barche. Questa casa completamente climatizzata è un luogo perfetto per la tua prossima vacanza in famiglia o in gruppo a Exmouth, vieni e goditi le attrazioni locali in puro lusso indulgente. We stayed for 4 nights - 10 adults and four children and it was perfect for us all. The master is enormous and the view from the balcony is amazing. Definitely 5 star accommodation.

Great location & set up

House was well located for walking to the marina, manta rays and whalers and only a short distance to town. House is on the right side to make the most of the sun and minimal wind!

Great location, poor cleanliness

Layout/design of property and location of property was outstanding. However, on arrival house was very dusty with visible cockroaches in residence, would recommend - pre-check-in clean/inspection by property cleaner if house not used consecutively. Multiple remotes for TVs and aircons were not onsite - this was inconvenient, but workable. Of considerable note was the broken fan in the main living area, not ideal during December. Nor was the dirt, used/dirty clothes and dirty baby bottle and toys found in the foldout couch in the living area. Only thing letting this property down is poor cleanliness and ongoing maintenance not being upkept.

Poor - the property Needs maintenance

Needs maintenance We stay 5 nights only had a hot shower on the last night, After reporting about the hot water as we got there only got fixed on the last day. Not enough plates for 7 people The house is to hold 10 people. Only 2 bowls and 2 butter plates, Knives are so blunt. Dryer not working properly, the three toilets the seats all move on the toilet seats, tap in the bathroom for the bath came off, Reported all these issues on the first day. The house needs to have proper maintenance done. So for the price of the property not worth it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the view and the size of the house but there was so much wrong with it. Tolet seats loose, doors didn't close or lock. All toilet roll.holders broken, dishwasher didn't work at all, pool was really dirty full of beach sand, patio area was dirty, whole house needs a really good clean and a over haul. Paying $500 a day and having to deal with these things is just not good enough.

Abusive Neighbour

"The Neighbour to this property was very rude throughout our stay, hurling abusive language at us as the property on the other side of us were playing music during the day. The neighbour called the real estate and complained, the real estate then attended our property, unlocked the front door and let themselves into our property without any notice to threaten to evict us, only to realise it was the property next to us playing the music. It really ruined our canal experience and I would not stay again. The music being played by our neighbours was NOT offensively loud, not inappropriate and not during after hours, We personally had no issue with the music." The property itself is amazing and very well kept, its a shame the neighbour ruined our stay.

Awesome place to stay, whole family had a wonderful holiday the pool the jetty and the whole house just top of the woz! To top it right of a tv outside to watch the Bigbash while the kids where in the pool would have been the bomb. We will be back for sure.
