  • Questa bella casa marina è stata nominata con splendidi arredi dentro e fuori. Con ampie zone giorno a pianta aperta con vista sui canali, una grande cucina e 3 zone giorno all'aperto non rimarrete delusi.

    Questa casa completamente climatizzata è il luogo perfetto per la tua prossima vacanza in famiglia o in gruppo a Exmouth, vieni a goderti le attrazioni locali nel lusso indulgente.

    La casa è stata progettata in modo tale che l'ampia zona giorno a pianta aperta offre le migliori viste sui canali. La zona giorno a pianta aperta si apre sul grande ponte che ti fa sentire quasi come se fossi seduto sull'acqua.

    La grande cucina a pianta aperta vanta moderni elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, grande stufa e forno, macchina da caffè Nespresso (quindi non dimenticare le cialde di caffè!)

    Tutte le camere hanno biancheria di qualità e sono state arredate con gusto con splendide opere d'arte a tema oceano.

    La sala del teatro ha due divani letto che possono essere convertiti in letti matrimoniali, se necessario. Questo funge anche da sala giochi per bambini.

    Lavanderia con grande lavatrice, asciugatrice e congelatore orizzontale Ampio bagno familiare, WC separato.

    Pavimenti in cemento lucido in tutto.

    Tre zone giorno all'aperto - due con vista sui canali, la terza è un cortile privato al largo della seconda camera da letto principale

Excellent Exmouth

We were delighted when we entered the home. Spacious, immaculate, lovely views of the marinas, well equipped with everything we could have wanted and more. It is well located, easy to find when you enter Exmouth and close to the town centre.

Great House, Fantastic Location

We had a great stay. House was clean and functional. Location is amazing with access to the marina canals. House is well kitted out with lots of cooking utensils and appliances. Will definitely book again. Thank you.

Wonderful time

We had an amazing time staying here. The outdoor area was perfect for the kids to ride around on, close to all amenities, well set up house. Most enjoyable and we will definitely be back! Perfect to be South facing as you don’t get the afternoon hot sun in the entertaining area! Highly recommend

Lovely property. we had a beautiful stay. The view is amazing. House had everything a family would need including toys and books for the kids. unfortunately, the barbecue was bit dirty and no gass but with a full kitchen it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay again

All in all, we had a great stay at this house, the location is great, and the house itself is well laid out for a family to use.The only down fall was some of the furniture definitely needs an upgrade, beds mainly. It says it sleeps 10 people, however there were only 4 x coffee cups and the cutlery was fairly minimal. cleanliness was generally pretty good, but whoever used it last had left the BBQ in an absolute mess, and it hadn't been cleaned. All fairly minor details but just a few things that could be fixed up. Still a great time was had and for the price i would book again.

Perfect home right on the water

Love this home, have stayed a few times now and will definitely be back. Has everything you need. Was so easy with my 2 little ones. This home has toy box, high chair and portable cot. Saves us packing all of this into the car. Great location thanks again.

Great stay

Great time in a lovely house. Thank you. Just for the heads up, there are a couple of things that need attention in the house. The front door lock mechanism needs attention as the screws are loose. Also the head of the shower in the bathroom is full of corrosion and needs replacing.

Lovely House in a great location

This house is great to stay in. The beds are comfortable and the location is great and also quiet. Just a couple of little things that need fixing, The fridge/freezer in the kitchen, the freezer doesn't freeze too well. The blinds need fixing in the family room and the clothes-line needs to be fixed too. Other than that, it's a great house to stay in. I would stay there again.

Exmouth holiday

Location and overall property was good. Unfortunately fixtures and fittings were flimsy and bathrooms and toilets had not been cleaned properly. Also went to have a bbq but the gas bottle was completely empty. Which was confusing as there was a brand new bbq in the driveway.

Lovely location but needs a little attention

We had a wonderful stay in the property, location wise it is great and not too far out of town. There are a few issues with the property however - the kitchen poorly stocked, not enough cutlery, wine glasses, pots etc. The hot water pressure was really awful and needs attention, as does the clothesline. Suggest owners spend some time and money on a little revamp/refresh in general as house could be a stand out. We loved our stay but at the price paid, there are some things you expect to have - like a good warm shower. 3.5 stars from us.

Kestrel House

The house was in a great location and plenty of space. Well equipped for a family. Had a few issues with the freezer not working, fridge not staying very cool, broken coffee machine that did not work and gas cylinder empty. None of it was fixed during the stay despite telling the property owner on day 1. Property needs some general maintenance and clean up and perhaps some new bedding as sheets stained and thin. It could be a very good property if properly maintained and cleaned.

Great holiday shared with old friends

The property is located at the end of the canal and is quiet and very relaxing, Tte house is spacious with good sized bedrooms and an awesome large deck, so lots of room for all. The only downside not enough plates, cutlery and the pots and pans were damaged, so communication with the owner did take a while. The lights in the fans were not working and some problems with plumbing which was fixed. Hopefully the owner can be on top of these small issues

Great location

The most outstanding feature of the house was its location, however there were a number features that were below par. As mentioned in other reviews the BBQ gas bottle was empty, the cleanliness was not great, inadequate cutlery & crockery for a house that purports to sleep 10, lots of kitchen appliances but small pots & old frying pans, large tins of paint in the 2nd master bedroom. I could list more inadequacies but you get the picture.
