“All the reviews you read a true. This was our 2nd time staying at Charlie’s place. Charlie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His villas are spotless and he has everything you need including car and boat rentals. This is the best location if you want secluded beaches. Just kayak over and explore Man-O-War Cay. The most beautiful colors of blue water and white sand in the world and you have it all to yourself! Driving can be a little intimidating with narrow roads. ”

“Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)”

“We had great stay at Osprey. The location of the house is excellent- only a few steps away from the Tropic of Cancer beach. It’s one of the best beaches at Exuma. There is a restaurant/bar at beach entrance. They sell very good burgers. House host, Richard and Shauna are in Canada. When there was a storm and power outage they called me and told us where to find battery powered fans and charger. So helpful. Luckily the power cut only lasted a few hours. There is no washer/ dryer in the house. But...

La casa non è posizionata direttamente sulla spiaggia ma con 5 minuti di macchina (fondamentale ad exuma) si raggiungono delle belle spiagge come Jolly Hall beach oppure con 8/10 minuti la bellissima Hooper's Bay dove poter vedere tartarughe così amichevole che si avvicinano appena sentono la tua presenza in acqua. “Our family of 10 had a terrific stay North of Georgetown! Owner communication was great, host was accommodating and the house rented left nothing to be desired. The vehicles, that also carried 10 of us, were extremely helpful in seeing the island. Hard to imagine a better rental! Friendly locals too! Not a frown own the island! Come and enjoy for yourself!”
