All'arrivo il personale è molto accogliente in una sala molto pulita e curata. “We had booked 2 stays in at this hotel (with a short trip to another part of Taiwan in the middle). The first stay, our room smelled of mold. When we informed the staff, they gave us a dehumidifier, which did not work very well. Our second stay was in a different room and it was much nicer. However it would've been better if they just exchanged rooms for us in our first stay as they did have other rooms available. ”
