“Front desk staff and Breakfast.”

“The room was big enough for two. I liked the big window. There is no freezer in room fridge. Loud Air conditioner. The vent in bathroom was covered with dust.”

“Hotel was worn out. Room had stains in carpet, and mattresses were squeaky. Wood surfaces in the elevator were worn and damaged. Overall the property just looks work out and needs an update.”

The room is large and spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and very helpful - plus the hotel itself is quite interesting to learn it's history and walk around viewing artifacts from the past. If you are staying in Amana, we highly recommend the Hotel Millwright, we wish all of our hotel stays were as nice as this one!!”

“Beautiful hotel with clean, pet friendly rooms. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Quite a few items were not available - yogurt, juices, oatmeal, peanut butter. Hotel is fairly remote from other businesses and not within walking distance of restaurants.”

“My wife and I had a great stay. The room was clean and super nice. They went out of their way to ensure there was something for everyone at breakfast. We will definitely stay again.”

“Would have loved to stay a few days and explore more. We stopped overnight during a roadtrip for a great price on Expedia with a river view room. Very clean hotel and rooms. The only exception was the shower curtain was not up to par for Hyatt Hotels. I forgot to take a photo but it was clearly used a lot and not cleaned thoroughly with a few red mildew spots on it. The gym was excellent, equipped Peloton of course! Be I enjoyed using the machines. Very clean, spacious, and organized gym! All in...

“Check in set the tone. The girl was the most unfriendly hospitality worker I’ve encountered. 0 welcome. 0 communication. Checked in and discovered our door was broken and dead bolt wouldn’t latch. Back to the desk. Unfriendly worker inconvenienced by this. We left to eat and came back to see if issue resolved. Again-she is inconvenienced. Hard to find positives when this person kills the vibe.”
