“Great location for skiing however rooms are very basic and outdated for the price we paid. The room we stayed in was also very noisy. We could hear people talking in the hallway and next door very clearly. Staffs in the hotel were nice and helpful. ”

“Great hotel and great service. Due to an unforeseen issue, we had to arrive very late at night, and the night receptionist was there waiting for us, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Just a small note on the security deposit: they charged the same amount twice and at a higher rate, but everything was resolved within two days, so really no problem! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back!”

When we reached out to hotel staff for help, we were told to deal with it ourselves by knocking on their door. This response was unprofessional and unacceptable. “The location was prime! Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance and a short drive to the mountain. We enjoyed our updated room at the Sierra House. It seems some things are still under construction as the building was very new but that didn't bother us a bit. The steam and sauna are slightly outdated but again that doesn't matter to us. We really enjoyed our stay!”
