“Great hotel and great service. Due to an unforeseen issue, we had to arrive very late at night, and the night receptionist was there waiting for us, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Just a small note on the security deposit: they charged the same amount twice and at a higher rate, but everything was resolved within two days, so really no problem! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back!”

“Good location and cozy vibe. There's no staff on site, which isn't a big deal. However it's lacking a lot: No bedside tables or even a little shelf, so you have to get up and go over to the refrigerator for things like water or your phone. Also there was no soap for hand washing or for washing the dishes. They asked you to wash the dishes but all you can do is just rinse them off in the bathroom sink or use shampoo for soap. There was also no hair dryer which I didn't think about checking on...

“Al momento della prenotazione mi sembrava una buona scelta, ma non appena siamo giunti a destinazione abbiamo capito che questa struttura immersa nel verde di una delle piu' belle zone della california sarebbe stato il posto piu' bello dove abbiamo mai soggiornato. Camera in stile baita spaziossima e arredata benissimo, pulita e confortevole, affacciata sul laghetto (pond) del resort. “La struttura è alquanto fatiscente e attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione alla facciata esterna tanto è vero che vista dall’esterno credevano che l’hotel fosse chiuso. Personale non troppo cordiale. Struttura interna in stato decadente. Le camere tuttavia sono molto spaziose. Colazione inclusa ma molto triste tanto che abbiamo preferito farla altrove. Costo eccessivo in confronto alle altre strutture disponibili nei dintorni.”
