“Nico and Eunice's property is as shown on the listing. The view is spectacular and the location if perfect for walking to town, restaurants, ferry and the wine museum. Nico was incredibly helpful with suggestions ahead of time and while we were there. He was also very responsive to any questions or left us a nice welcome gift of local items upon our arrival. Our family had a great time at this property and found it to be a perfect location to explore the Madalena end of the island as well as...

“Casa Rosa (the Pink House) was the perfect spot for our 5 days on Pico for our group of three couples. The owner, Manuel, speaks English fluently and is extremely helpful. He, and his brother- and sister-in-law, who live next door, were very responsive to any issues we had, including coming over at 11 pm to restore power lost during a storm, and responding within a few minutes when one of our party got locked in a bathroom! And, after all their help THEY gave US a bottle of wine for our trouble!...

Als wir ankamen (Anfang Mai) waren die Temperaturen zwischen 11 und 17 Grad, mit wenigen sonnigen Abschnitten und dann höheren Temperaturen. “The basic necessities are provided; beds are comfortable and the place is clean. Need to Whatsapp owner to get information to get onto the property because messaging in Portugese otherwise. Property said air conditioning but the air conditioning was broken. It was cool enough though so not a problem. Walkable to the ocean and natural pool and nice restaurant down the street.
