“Everything has been redone, it is super clean and neat. Easy on and off the highway. A nice simple breakfast.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Overall, we experienced an enjoyable stay! While the halls smelled a bit strange and the overall hotel itself was a bit outdated, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The manager was highly proactive at troubleshooting a plumbing issue with our room that popped up before our arrival and was able to resolve the challenge without issue and make our stay more convenient! We'll definitely stay here again if we're ever back in town.”

“Pro: The apartment was clean and centrally located for our needs Con: The shower was broken - which we didn't discover until we went to use it. There was barely a trickle of cold water. We had to use pots to shower. The remote for TV did not work. The towels were shabby and threadbare. The apartment was clean, easy parking but the interior was shabby and the whole shower issue was a big no no”
