Breath taking sunrises paint the purple mountain tops. A 4X4 vehicle is REQUIRED (especially in winter) to be able to stargaze after a long day on the slopes or trails in the luxury spa hot tub to relax, unwind and disconnect.
A short walk to the lower 3rd deck is perfect for soaking up the sun during lunch with the kids on warmer days.
This house with the majority of updated furnishings, is ready to entertain with a dining room set for 6 and a handy breakfast bar for two. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. The master with a king-size bed, and ROKU enable smart TV. The Second room boasts a queen size bed and SMART TV. The lower floor bedroom has two twin sized beds.
The upper-floor bathroom includes a tub/shower combo -Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are included so you can leave your big bottles at home!

The Mountain House is 90 miles from Denver up scenic and traffic free Hwy 285.
-Our house sits at 11,000 ft in elevation. Although most people are not affected, some may feel the effects of the altitude. Drink plenty of water and take it easy.

Other things to note
-Must have a 5-Star-Rating on Airbnb with good reviews to “Insta book” this home. If not please send an inquiry first.
- A 4x4 vehicle IS REQUIRED in the winter as Colorado gets lots of snow.
- The roads up to the house are NOT paved. They can be rocky and bumpy!
- No Check In/Check Out on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. If booked for these dates we will have to change or cancel the reservation.
