“I really wanted to leave a positive review since management refunded our spa fees, but the terrible conditions, lack of communication, and lack of care can't be ignored.

“We were traveling while on the road and hotel options were limited. We were missing items in our room which I get happens. The hardest part for us was the weekend breakfast hours don’t start until 7am which just felt late and the breakfast wasn’t great. They also have no high chairs or water fountains.”
