“I was not informed that the property was being renovated when I booked. The water was turned off from 1 to 5 daily. The parking lot was full of storage containers for the renovation leaving little room for the guests to park. Had I known about the renovation I would not have booked. I firmly believe I should receive a discount for my stay ;”

“The hotel was very new and clean. Full size kitchen and fridge! Ample parking. Bed was good. Every thing seemed great. However, it didn't include breakfast. But the part that didn't work out for me was the internet connectivity. I don't know whether internet was bad for the whole building or not. I stayed in the higher level and it was like no internet at all. If you need to work while staying in the hotel, this hotel may not work out for you.”

During this interaction, the front desk clerk was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, making an already frustrating situation even worse. “Overall I was satisfied with my stay with the exception of the cat out back on the patio, it seems as if an employee took it in as a pet because it has food trays for the cat to eat and drink, I wanted to sit out back and relax but couldn’t do so because I am allergic to cat hair and he was sitting on the patio furniture out back,”

“This was a run down hotel,while the room was clean,the bar lock on the door was missing half,the door on side of building stayed open all night, what was offered as quick eats for breakfast ,3 slices of white bread and a frozen waffle,that's it at 700 am,and we found a bug in our bed in the morning ,I checked out after first night of a three night stay and went to another hotel.”

“It was hard to find it. Because there is road construction. Call the hotel and get the right address. They have changed the entrance to the hotel.”

“The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.”

“Ok place to stay for a quick night stay”

“Hotel is very clean, the included breakfast was good- eggs, sausage or bacon, sometimes biscuits and gravy, always pancakes were available, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice. They don't come everyday to tidy your room and I actually prefer that. I was there for 5 days and they came 2x to see if I needed new towels, I'm fine with that too. Didn't go into pool, but people were enjoying it so I assume it was fine. Staff is friendly!!!”

“I went to Raleigh for a family event and stayed at Tru. The hotel was beautiful. Continental breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing! I'll definitely stay again”
