“We spent 3 days at the hotel,l was so impressed with friendly staff nothing was to much trouble. Rooms were clean and bright a nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast was excellent so much choice. We had 2 evenings meal at the inn and wasn’t disappointed with any of them. I would recommend this holiday inn express as lm not easily pleased and l certainly was there.5*”

“It was a excellent stay, nice clean caravan perfect size for a couple or family of four. Just opposite club house, good if you don't mind a little noise till about 12, which we didn't mind at all. ”

“The cottage was beautiful, well equipped, comfy, cosy, well situated and an absolute gem! Go no further than Frinton Escapes! My first time and the cottage was ideal. Close to ALL amenities in a close, so quiet but everything on its doorstep. Great history behind it too. If you do t go, you will be the loser! ”

“Check in nullo (mi son state lasciate le chiavi e addio) check out peggio (non c'e posto dove lasciare le chiavi, tutto spento e chiuso.. pulizia nulla ( camera pulita 1 volta in 2 settimane) porte e pareti spesse come un foglio di carta, porta del bagno completamente imbarcata e non si chiude, finestra con serratura rotta che non si chiude.. camera davvero piccola!”

“We stayed here due to a wedding at nearby Bruisyard. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t fault it, a beautiful setting full of nature and a very well preserved property. Liz was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage and car off earlier than check in; we also came down to a very very nice breakfast with something for everyone. ”

“Lovely hotel Beautiful room upgrade a surprise so lovey thank you overlooking the pond & golf course. Breakfast sunday morning a nightmare no staff to assist, had to ask for cups, plates and fresh food as food was not being replenished quick enough for the amount of guests. Tables not being cleaned away lots of guests waiting around for stuff. 1 guy in the restaurant running around when others should have been more attentive and doing their job. Need more staff or Manager needs to have a word...
