“esperienza colazione, migliorabile. È possibile scegliere solo un menu ed è addirittura necessario scegliere tra caffè o succo. Negli States! Molto scarso. Esperienza E, viene chiesta la mancia perfino per ricevere la colazione. ”

“The room was clean with a nice sitting area and kitchen. Shampoo, soap and lotion were provided. The bed was very very firm. They provided 5 pillows so that was nice. I liked the ceiling fan instead of having to use s loud air conditioner. Parking was free but very tight.”

“I stayed at the hotel for a business trip, my room was great and very comfortable. My only complaint is I reserved a room with ocean view and instead I I had the view of a huge construction going on next to the hotel. Same construction that did not allow me to sleep as the workers will start working at 6:00 in the morning. You can hear the loud machines and the noise of the construction, I wish the hotel or Expedia will mention this when you are making your reservation.”

“Easy check in and fast”

“Great resort in Long Beach outside of city but within easy drive and walk to many restaurants and attractions. Exceptional room with view, staff very personable and accommodating. Enjoyed the restaurant for drinks and dinner and have no significant issues with our stay. Really excellent venue with great ‘beach’ pool and views. I would recommend better in room, heavy towels for this caliber hotel. Our initial room did not have a view, actually looked out to a ‘garden’ tree which if we had...

“Very sketchy location. There are homeless tents on the sidewalks. We planned to check-in and then head out to explore the city. But dropped the plan as we didn't want to walk from parking to the hotel at night. Room smelled bad and the sheets had stains on them. I guess the only positive thing I can say that we were scared, but nothing untowardly happened during our stay. Won't stay here again though. Not sure how this place is so highly rated.
