“Hair dryer was broken and no one came to repair it. There was a roach. The black out curtain was stuck so I couldn't adjust it. The gasket seal on the fridge door was faulty. The sink randomly leaked. The person who checked me in was oddly aggressive just because I didn't want to sign a blank receipt. Telling me I don't know how to check into hotels as if I'm not in my late 30s...”

“Throughout my years of using Expedia, this has been one of the worst places to stay. The room smelt like Animal faces. The refrigerator didn’t work. The breakfast was cold sausages still frozen home fries are still frozen and uncooked. Service whatsoever was poor or none will never recommend this hotel to anybody.”

“The staff was exceptional. We saw Abraham quite a bit due to the hours we returned to the hotel. He was always smiling, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us a warm welcome upon return. The breakfast option which we booked with Expedia comes with the Sunrise Breakfast (two eggs, one meat, breakfast potatoes, toast and a drink (hot or cold). I wish we could have selected more due to the price-point with Expedia. The room was spacious and we had a view of the highway which also...

“Breakfast was awful, read comments that it was good but only grab and go. Found a nip in the tissue box in the bathroom. It’s ok for a one night stay but not recommended. ”
