“Staff was accommodating & easy to deal with. Pricing for all hotels in this area was very expensive due to FIFA World Cup Soccer (June 2026), so this is what I ended up with. The outside of the property could use a some love. It looks to be renovated but still has the "old" building feel. Room was clean. “This place was horrible. I don’t recommend anybody stay there. Everything was very dirty, there was mold in the bathrooms and stained sheets. All of the countertops were stained and it just smelled horrible. I booked a room here because the photos looked OK but the minute I got there I had to check out. Really are just a horrible place. They should close down.”

“The room was completely unsanitary we couldn’t even remove our shoes in the room or bathroom. Literally theres pubic hair on the bathroom floor. The towels are folded but full of hair and the bed linens were not cleaned… full of stains and marks. Also very noisy and extremely hot which made it impossible to sleep through the night. I tried to call the front desk but the phone is not even working. No line at all. I dont even think cleaning products are being used to wash the surfaces as...
