“We checked in late and the room was a disaster. Very dirty. Appliances falling apart. Bathtub had rust in it. No outlet covers. Broken lights that did not turn on. And then..the headboard fell off. Demanded a new room which was cleaner but still very outdated. I could hear every car that past on the highway. Noise level was 100!! So needless to say I didn’t get any rest and had a funeral to attend to in the morning. They did change the room however they did not apologize for any type of...

“We enjoyed our stay here regardless of the few issues we addressed. Unfortunately some things promised didnt actually occur. No fan in bathroom was surprising, the TV remote was difficult to get a response with, the AC controller didnt respond everytime either, the frig was a nightmare to use because it wasn't cold and we lost babies milk and ice cream purchased in lobby. The server who worked April 24th breakfast got a $20 tip because she pushed the info on me thaf the complimentary breakfast...

“Siamo arrivati stanchi da morire dopo un viaggio lungo e alla reception non trovavano la mia prenotazione nonostante avessi anche la stampa del pagamento. Siamo stati quasi un ora ad aspettare che finalmente trovassero la prenotazione con il nome della mia mail! Una volta saliti in camera nonostante la prenotazione fosse per 3 persone il divano letto non era fatto, mi sono lamentata alla reception al che mi hanno letteralmente consegnato in mano le lenzuola dicendomi che il letto dovevo farlo...
