“We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again.”

“The property was clean, beautiful, and had the amenities we needed. Doing laundry and running the dishwasher was easy, and I appreciate that detergent, etc, was provided.My partner and I needed to stay and extra day due to migraine, and Jessica was extremely flexible and kind and was able to accommodate. Would definitely stay at this location again.”

“The communication before and during the stay was excellent. While I didn’t need anything specific during our stay, I knew I could message and expect a quick response. The apartment was very clean, well stocked, had very comfortable beds, and so close to Dickson Street which was perfect for our weekend plans! Highly recommend!”

“We booked the apartment as a base for hiking and exploring surrounding state parks. Had a blast at Devil’s Den and the JB Hunt Disc Golf course. The apartment has loads of space, a good sized closet, comfy bed and sofas, and a kitchen you can cook in. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy access by car to Fayetteville. The management was only a text away when we had questions, and the apartment had most everything we needed. Uploading a photo as part of booking was the only weird part, but...

“The apartment was nice and clean with all the basic necessities. I slept comfortably and enjoyed the shower and kitchen kurieg machine in the mornings. It was close to Crystal Bridges, the reason for my visit. The price was good. The hosts were helpful in their communications. The door lock was easy and the code was personalized, so easy to remember. Overall good and would recommend.”
