Esci dal mio appartamento e sei a pochi passi da tutto! Proprio in Piazza della Città, puoi vivere una nuova avventura in pochi secondi. 15 secondi a piedi da Block st., E un isolato da Dickson st, che sono le principali aree di bar / eventi!

È un'accogliente camera singola con un materasso queen memory foam, una cucina completamente attrezzata, una grande cabina armadio e un'atmosfera davvero Ozark. Perfetto per le coppie in cerca di un rifugio confortevole e per coloro che desiderano esplorare il cuore di Fayetteville.

Il mio appartamento è piccolo ma caratteristico. Se viaggi spesso avrai la sensazione di essere in un loft situato in una grande città.

Avrai accesso all'intero appartamento: tutte le pentole e gli alimenti sono disponibili insieme a asciugamani e lenzuola. C'è una piccola rampa di scale che entra nel mio appartamento, circa 10 gradini, che conduce ad un ingresso privato.

Sarò disponibile in qualsiasi momento tramite telefono o SMS e, se necessario, potrò essere presente in pochi istanti. Se leggi le recensioni, sono orgoglioso della perfetta comunicazione nei tentativi di assicurarsi che tutto vada benissimo per te.

Il mio appartamento è collegato ad altri appartamenti e l'edificio è più vecchio. Si prega di essere rispettosi delle normali ore di rumore (circa 8: 00-10: 00). L'edificio è molto vecchio, quindi l'elettricità è fornita da conduit e HVAC attraverso un'unità finestra.

Great location a block from Hugo’s, Little Bread Company and the Farmer’s Market!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again.

Great Place

Stayed here with my girlfriend for the weekend. This spot is perfect for 2 people or just 1. The house was cleaned perfectly along with plenty of towels and amenities. There is also a very large brita filter inside the fridge which was very convenient. The only trouble I had was getting the proper code for the door upon arrival. The property management company was swift in getting me to correct code. 10/10!

the location!

Great location, nice neighbors and easy access to all things downtown Fayetteville! Check-in was a little wonky for a few minutes trying to determine the code to check-in but the host was quickly accessible and responsive! Anytime I had a question or issue, the host was “on it” — no complaints with engagement and response from host throughout entire stay! Bed was super comfy and bathroom is tiny, but overall ideal space size for an individual there for a short timeframe. I certainly recommend — checkout super easy too!

Very comfortable

Very clean and very comfortable. The people upstairs were a bit loud walking back and forth but there is really nothing that the owner could have done about it. With earplugs I fell asleep fine and the people upstairs seemed to stop before it was too late.

Great location in Fayetteville

We were in Fayetteville to visit our granddaughter who is a student at university of Arkansas. The VRBO could not have been in a better location. Close to restaurants and bars, and only a short distance from the university. The unit is small, but had absolutely everything we needed. The well stocked kitchen was wonderful.

Management is awful

The door lock did not work. We were not able to actually get into the unit for 5 hours after check in. And they absolutely did not offer even close to what we should have been compensated for this inconvenience. Also, the management property insisted that I take a selfie and send to them before they would send me the door code !!

Fayetteville Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Fayetteville. Apartment was nice and location wonderful as you can walk to area restaurants easily. We would recommend this apartment to stay at as it has easy access to U of Ark. and area restaurants.

Minimalist perfection!

Studio apartment was perfect for two people with all the amenities for a brief Fayetteville visit. Easily walkable to Dickson St activities but removed enough to be quiet. Owners were extremely easy to reach if needed. Wonderful location!

Small but nice

This little apt met most of our needs. We didn’t realize it was rush weekend for the college, so it was full of collage kids. It got old taking our pups out to potty, up and down the stairs, but we knew this when we booked. The kitchen was missing a few things that would have been helpful, but not a bad place!

Great location, Comfortable, Turnkey process...

Like many reviews, this place is very small but very clean, efficient, new renovations and a perfect location. Property management was easy to get a hold of. Adequate parking on the backside (this was not a game weekend so can't speak to that). Price, location, ease of use were exactly what we needed for a short trip to move child in to UofArk. Can walk to Graduate, Bread, Grub, Dickson and the square within minutes. Would stay again...

Great spot and great communication

Fit our needs perfectly. Up there for baseball camp with my son and its close to anything you need including the fields. Lots of eating nearby. Communication was good with management company. It is kind of like and apartment complex so you can hear people walking etc but like i said it fit our needs for the week.

Square

This is a small apartment but it’s very clean and I could hit a golf ball to the Square (I don’t play golf). If you want convenient and clean and you don’t need much space, this works.
