Appartamenti a Fayetteville

“I reserved this rental for elderly family members who were visiting for a large family celebration. I kept the host informed about who would be staying and confirmed that there were four guests (two couples). Unfortunately, both couples experienced difficulties upon arrival. The first couple did not receive the correct entry code, and when they called for assistance, the contact they were directed to became heated, which made the situation tense. The second couple arrived later in the evening and...

“The owner checked in with us several times to make sure everything was to our liking and comfort. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you!”

“The host was so responsive and welcoming. He was quick to reply to my messages and the space was exactly as pictured. Thank you for allowing us in your space.”

“We had a very nice stay in this unique, clean, and comfortable rental. The entire unit feels brand new and is thoughtfully stocked and equipped with everything you need. The host is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about her guests and making sure they have a great stay. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is especially convenient if you’re visiting a nearby college or traveling with a dog. We appreciated all the coffee, cleanliness, the fenced-in yard, and the outdoor...

“The bathtub was disgusting, the room was dirty, holes in the walls. No airport shuttle. Staff were rude and not helpful. Place does not have an elevator, you have to lug your stuff up flights of stairs, if you are unlucky to not be on the first floor. The host was non-responsive. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed out. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!”

“Don’t book this, you will regret it. I had to leave after 1 hour of being there. The room was disgusting and the bathtub looked like it had never been cleared. I could stomach staying there not a minute later! Save your money!”

“Clean Room, Had to shell out 2 days of parking fees for 10 hours of parking as there is no free parking available for overnight parking and the nearest paid parking had only day fees 3:01AM - 3AM.”

“Parking on the street is convenient. So much to do within walking distance. The loft was spotless, comfortable, modern… perfect. Will absolutely stay here again. ”

“We had a great stay in Syracuse visiting family. The property was neat and clean and well appointed. Great coffee selection!!! Very comfortable for a long weekend get away in Tipp Hill. Enjoyed some local pubs and antique shops. Would stay again when in town.”

“Place was clean and host was very easy to communicate with”

“We went to Syracuse for the Syracuse nationals car show. Approximately five days before we left, I asked the host if there was an outside grill. I was told that there would be one there.. We were one hour outside of Syracuse when I texted the host to ask about keys and a lockbox. I got a text back that stated we were supposed to have been there five days previous. Needless to say, that statement gave me a few more gray hairs. After a few more text messages, the host finally got it right. I would...

“The apartment was very nice. New and clean with quality finishes and everything a traveler needs! Great host communication and a very reasonable price.”

“Beautiful place.Exactly as advertised.”

“'On business trip lasting two nights relaxed thanks to peaceful room featuring blackout curtains helping ensure restful sleep after late flights arrived.' Prompt check-ins sped process so no delays happened either.”

“Had a very nice stay. Property as described”

“Loved staying at this place! We came for a concert and soaking in the hot tub before and after was a game changer! The hosts had everything we needed and then some. The bed was comfy, everything felt clean and fresh. The decor is spot on! The only tiny criticism is that the water in the shower gets cold quickly and there was no gas in the fire pit (or it didn’t seem to work for us). If we ever need a place to stay in Syracuse, we will be back to The Simpatico!”
