“Beds were super comfy. The hotel was super nice, I’d stay there again”

“The room smelled like someone peed in the corner and had little piles of insect debris under the window. The beds were comfy but made awful noises when you moved. The clerk at check in was not very informative. Breakfast selections were minimal and not appetizing. Giving this booking an overall "okay" rating is generous. We stayed in 4 different hotels along our vacation trip and this was by far the worst. Thankful it was only over night to get some rest and move on.”

“Book an overnight stay and the checkin process was easy BUT the room was not cleaned. Bed and sheets were not folded nor was the trashed cleaned. Although the housekeeping staff marked it as cleaned. The staff checked the room for other guests as well before they went into their assigned room. The pool was not working. “I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!”
