  • Relax with friends/family at this peaceful lakefront home! Two level home with 2 king bedrooms upstairs & 2 downstairs with one being a queen and the other a double bunk twin beds for kids, 2 living areas and walkout basement. Screened patio and 3 level deck overlooking the lake. The lake is just a few steps from the firepit. Outdoor dining table, grill, 12ft Hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks & an outdoor fire pit. There is also a fenced in backyard area for dogs.
    30 min drive to the UofA

This is a beautiful house by the river. It fit our party of 7 perfectly and we had a wonderful time. It's definitely on our list of places to stay again.

We loved our stay at Beaver Lake, the listing is better than advertised. Very nice and clean, no odors, well maintained! The views are perfect! The master is spacious and private. It accommodated our family with room to spare!! It was a great trip!!

Loved the extra large hot tub and multiple fire pits!!! Place was clean and kitchen was well stocked so we could cook meals. Enjoyed the kayaking and paddle boarding. The waters edge was rocky but we loved the lily pad for floating. Host was excellent at giving suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area!!!

We loved the property. All of the furniture -patio, beds, sofa, etc. is really comfortable. The location is great if you want a lake house, but also want to explore the ozarks. It was an easy day trip to eureka springs.

We stayed here over the weekend (6 adults & 3 kids) and loved it! The house was big enough for all of us. We spent most of our time outside around the fire pit and in the hot tub. The house was located on the water, it was clean and roomy and the AC was cold! I recommend staying here!

Beautiful family place! We were even able to bring our fur babies! Nice outdoor areas with fire pit and hot tub! Great communication and easy check in!

Wonderful property, as described, with everything needed for a great lake stay. Games, canoes, swim pad, hammock…..all the things. Would book again.

1. The pictures do not give the actual home justice. It was phenomenal.2. Plenty of extras that aren't in the listing such as, games, fishing poles, life preservers, dvds, books,etc.3. Plenty of room to do laundry 4. A screened in porch, an open porch with roof, an open porch without roof, and a lower level, PORCH. PORCHES WERE HAD.5. Check in super easy.6. Beds super comfy and large.7. View was spectacular.8. Decor was unique and rare.9. Plenty of space to have plenty of space.10. Smells great11.Large bathrooms12. Comfy large furniture.If this is available in the future I would like to return. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful place.
