We stayed at this property for several days over the holidays. I'll start with the good: it was easy to access with parking right outside, the unit was tidy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the location is fabulous (walking distance to parks, trails, and cafes).Unfortunately, I think a previous guest brought a pet that was not fully house trained as there was a pervasive scent of dog urine the moment we first opened the door which lasted for our entire stay despite opening the windows. Also, the bedroom was extremely bright in the morning since the window above the bed is not fully covered with blinds or drapes. The living room couch was also very, very small and there was no counter space in the bathroom. With some updates in these areas this could be a fantastic rental property!
