“Everyone was so helpful. We arrived a day early and they gave us the same room that was reserved for our 3 day stay. We were very pleased with our entire stay.”

“Our stay was great, only downside the photos and name of the hotel are deceiving, the photos of what we thought our room would be were not and it’s not the hotel in the corner it’s the one next to it called temple house village, the keys need to be picked up at a different location, interesting they had a mini fridge in the bathroom and a communal hallway microwave, but the room was clean , everyone was super nice, we had a great time.”

The floors and stairs are creaky but adds to the charm of an old home. Laurie is such a great host! We enjoyed her company very much! She made our stay so nice! “I first want to say the owners are very nice. I do think they wanted us to feel comfortable and welcome. The house is old and beautiful, my curiosity of growing up near this property made me want to stay here instead of Hampton Inn. The access to the living and dining room was appealing because my family still lives in keokuk and we don’t have anywhere big enough to relax and visit together.
