“The staff were very kind and friendly. The pool was awesome. We however had a big leak from our ac when we arrived and when we called the office to help us they gave us towels and told us to wait until the morning for maintenance. In the morning we had to go back to the office to let them know it was urgent because we had been filling up pots of water all night and it got all over our toddlers bedding. They finally sent maintenance to empty the line but we weren’t compensated at all.”

“I would recommend the Friendship Oceanfront Suites to everyone. Polite and courteous staff, the owners are on hand every day. They welcome you with a smile and ask you to let them know if you need anything. “First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches.”

“Very nice motel right on the beach. We had everything in our room, a kitchenette, fridge, two nice beds with a separator. Nicely designed room. We will definitely use this place again.”

“This property was so reasonably priced especially for all the amenities included. The room was an apartment style setup with a nice living room area and large bedroom. The kitchen area was convenient with a hot top, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The communication with the staff was great especially when my arrival was delayed. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again in the future.”

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“First off, the hotel claimed they never received my Expedia Reservation, and in desperation to get to a meeting on time, I had to pay twice! The place was a dump owned by the same people who are buying up all the other 2 and 2.5 star hotels in the area. They don’t care about anything except $$$.
