“Air conditioning system was making loud clap every 10 minutes, not restful sleep. We arrived late at night, so unfortunately, did not notice right away. We reserved two rooms via Expedia. Upon arrival we were told we have only one room reserved. At the end, hotel was able to find another room for us,”

“The staff was not helpful. Did ask to have the room cleaned 2 times and they came in and made the bed again can’t say clean or the same sheets because idk and the bathroom was not cleaned when they did clean the room finally. They did give us towels though. Never anyone at the desk u always had to ring the bell for service. The breakfast was ok. Typical comfort suites breakfast. We will not for sure be back.”

“Rooms are clean and minimalist but nice and comfortable. Pool is off sight at neighbor hotel but easy to access. Pool table in front lobby a cool touch. Snacks for purchase onsite but expensive. Workout room very minimal and in full view of everyone getting off elevator.”

“Couldn't recommend this hotel enough - it was the perfect stay! Staff are incredibly helpful, the rooms are amazing, and the spa was awesome! 15 minutes from Portland and right on the beach, it couldn't get better!”

“La struttura è molto bella, il primo Inn dello stato del Maine, una antica casa vittoriana restaurata, purtroppo il servizio è stato scadente, eravamo gli unici ospiti e abbiamo avuto una colazione insufficiente, personale assente, c'era un numero da chiamare in caso di necessità, numero chiamato senza ricevere nessuna risposta.”

“The property was clean and well maintained, the staff was helpful. The jacuzzi was clean and operated well. The location is right next to a short path that goes to the beach.”

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”
