“La struttura è molto bella, il primo Inn dello stato del Maine, una antica casa vittoriana restaurata, purtroppo il servizio è stato scadente, eravamo gli unici ospiti e abbiamo avuto una colazione insufficiente, personale assente, c'era un numero da chiamare in caso di necessità, numero chiamato senza ricevere nessuna risposta.”

“Personnel gentil. Séjour de nuits, 1 er chambre pas très propre,chambre 202, porte de douche qui ne ferme pas...., alors eau coule sur le plancher. La 2ei nuit il ont accepté de nous changer de chambre. Alors cela a bien terminer notre séjour.”

“The hotel was clean in every area we went to. The only issue we had is the web site said cribs were available and when we checked in we were told they don't offer cribs.”

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“Room was very clean, could not find a coffee maker in building...seemed strange for extended stay. Biggest issue is the "key". Electronic key system was very unreliable and we were locked out for a period of time. Very disappointing ”
