“Spotless and new facilities. Breakfast was good but mostly only highly processed options available with the exception of fruit like apples and bananas. Their air conditioning units are soo loud! ”

“Great, charming old house with loads of personality! With SO much schtuff and numerous nicknacks everywhere, it was surprising that it was as clean as it was; not spotless mind you, but clean enough that we didn’t worry. The breakfast wasn’t bad as it was home cooked. Because there were just a few guests staying at the same time as us, the main food was limited but that was not a surprise. Still, there were other standard options: cereals and bagels, etc. Most importantly, the coffee WAS hot!”

“Room clean, the hotel was in midst of remodel so that was a little noisy. The bed was kinda soft for us. Staff at desk friendly, breakfast fine. Thank you. ”

“Husbands, this is not the place! Was supposed to be 1 king and 1 queen bed, ended up with 3 beds all jammed together, so no sleeping together. The cost is too high to save a small amount. Heater was trash. Could literally see our breath when we got into the room. Toilet has vinyl decal “Flush the Damn Toilet!” So tacky and ghetto. ”

“Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. I will definitely be staying here in the future due to the good customer service communication that was prompt. The property looked great and...
