“The elevators didn't work the 3 days we were at the hotel. We originally were placed in a room on the first floor but it was so dirty and smelly. It hadn't been cleaned or maybe even used for a long time before we were there. The door to the stairs slammed all night so we asked the young male manager if we could move. He had an attitude towards me and told me he helped customers every day and knew what he was doing. My husband ended up going to talk to him and then he was very happy to help move...

“Very clean and always great amenities. So many hotels are starting to cut corners on those little things, but Quality Inns are consistent in offering so many details - in-room coffee and tea, Kleenex, water cups, make-up remover, shampoo, soaps, lotion. Always a refrigerator, microwave, ice...! Full breakfast at this location! A few facility items on property need a little TLC. Great access to freeway and Cross Hollow Event Center. ”

“This is an older property that could use some basic maintenance; otherwise, it was pretty clean and a safe place to spend the night. ”

“We just left this Best Western for a graduation and our family had an incredible stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the staff went out of their way to leave Congrats Grad gifts for each room. The stay really helped our trip run smoothly. I would stay here again.”

“It felt like our room hadnt been used for a while. There was dust on the bed, dead bugs in corners, and the sink didnt drain well and had an old, standing water smell.”

“We loved this little place! We will definitely stay again. It’s clean and the beds are great! We ate at the little cowboy restaurant a few yards down the road and had excellent steaks and great live music. Came back and chatted with some other vacationers around the beautiful fire. The whole experience was lovely! Off the beaten path but even more quaint that way!”
