“When we arrived, the lady and her husband said there were no rooms available, offered us alcohol and asked if she could bring us to another pension house. We decided to check it out. She took us a block away, opened a large metal garage door, and asked if we wanted to stay there. It was sketchy and felt unsafe. We left and went to the Four Points instead. We’ll be pursuing a refund. Honestly this person should be banned from Expedia.”

“Sono rimasto in questo hotel per 3 notti... le ragazze sono molto cordiali e simpatiche.. disponibili... La camera dispone del minimo indispensabile... letto, ventilatore, bagno, doccia (fredda, ma comunque non siamo in siberia...) costo minimo... lo consiglio per brevi soggiorni ... almeno si dorme tranquilli e non nella caotica el nido ... (per arrivarci ci si mette 2 minuti col triciclo al costo di 0.80 euro ...).”

“I booked two family rooms and upon check in, me and my family went inside the room. Beds were made, however the room was full of cobwebs and dusts everywhere. The toilet hasn’t got a flush, the shower wasn’t working. I asked why wasn’t the room cleaned prior to us arriving. Staff told me they didn’t have anybody to clean due to staff days off. We were appalled and shocked with our accommodation and after an hour me and my family left and looked for an alternative accommodation. We couldn’t stay...
