“This place was perfect for crew. We were working in Roanoke for a few days and our crew prefers homes as opposed to multiple hotel rooms. It gives us a feeling of home while we’re away from our families. This house fit all of our needs perfectly! The host was very nice, and very responsive. The price was very reasonable too. ”

“Great location, comfortable beds. Very clean. Everything felt brand new! Highly recommend the nearby “Foot of the Mountain” cafe. There were no checkout instructions other than time, so we stripped the beds, put sheets in a pile on floor, same with bath towels.”

“We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...
