“Very comfy bed, not too soft mattress and silk feeling sheets. Since we checked in on Christmas day so we met staff the next day who is very friendly. It would be perfect if public transportation were more convenient. ”

“Arrivo a Auckland alle 5 del mattino ho chiesto il giorno prima via mail se era possibile avere un early check in ma niente mi è stato risposto solo dopo le 2 pm Aspetto così 8 ore davanti alla reception Per poi darmi una lettera di benvenuto con la scritta che l hotel è disponibile per un early check in Ok ma se ti danno questa possibilità dopo che hai fatto check in che servizio è? All interno 2 drink in omaggio che visto l attesa eterna di 8 ore avrebbero potuto chiedermi prima se volevo...
