Motel a Fiordland National Park

“Overall acceptable “motel” but probably not worth the value , it’s close to the lake but certainly not to the front. The “front” of the rooms offer fantastic views and sounds from a trafficking road instead. Rooms are pretty old fashioned and the bed was garnished with a brownie fake ( and dusty) fur. Welcoming was excellent though but certainly not sufficient to compensate.”

“Stayed in room 10. Found it had a wet musky smell compared to our friends who were in room 5 below us. Their room smelt cleaner. ”

“This motel is great. Really comfortable, very friendly and welcoming staff and an easy walk to the lakefront and the township. We got a room with the hot tub and it was fantastic for cold evenings. I would 100% stay here again ”
