“The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”

“We had an incredible week staying at Fred and Kat's property. They were always quick to respond to any questions and the directions/information sheet was very clear and helpful. The house was perfect and charming, and they even left us a bottle of Prosecco, which was such a lovely welcome surprise.
