“Hotel was very nice and clean. Bed's were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Hotel staff went over and above to be helpful! Only possible complaint or suggestion I would make is microwaves in the rooms or at least one on each floor not just one on the second floor.”

“Hotel molto bello in tutto, unico neo che la camera era rumorosissima a causa della macchina del condizionatore, non il nostro ma quello dell’hotel che era nella nostra camera.”

“Particolare hotel situato al 40esimo piano di un edificio per uffici. Vista ottima, silenziosissimo (la sera i 39 piani di ufficio sono chiusi). Camera enorme, bagno gigantesco con vasca, pulizia ottima. Colazione fredda compresa, ma andrebbero usati prodotto migliori.”

“L'hotel è in posizione ottima: Millenium Park e la zona circostante raggiungibili facilemente a piedi e la fermata del bus a pochi passi per andare verso River North. È possibile fare il self-check-in in reception senza fare alcuna attesa. In camera è disponibile una macchinetta del caffé Nespresso con tre cialde gratuite che, per gli amanti del caffé, può essere una vera svolta in terra statunitense. Il personale molto cortese e reattivo alle nostre richieste.”

“This hotel fits a perfect need. I have children & grandchildren closeby. I can visit my Kids & Grandkids, (after a delicious extensive breakfast,) come back to a wonderful clean room, work out in the mornings at the spacious & well equipped gym, and if I need a little light relief, head to the Bar/Restaurant/Rooftop Bar in the evening. I cant think of a hotel that has all these well maintained categories so close to downtown. Will stay here often.”

“Vicino ai mezzi, bus e metro, a numerosi ristoranti cinesi e a piccoli super. Ci vuole un pò per raggiungere il centro ma il costo e la tranquillita della zona direi che sono piu rilevanti. Qualità/prezzo ottime. ”

“The room was gorgeous and well-kept, the kitchen with shared amenities (Microwave, etc) was open and accessible in a beautifully decorated and maintained common area, and our host was delightful and warm. Highly pleasant and recommended experience!”
