“This is a nice hotel that is in reasonable shape. However, service was slow and ooor, from reception to general service. Also no coffee machines in rooms?? First “luxury” hotel I have stayed in that has no in-room coffee. Would definitely not go back.”

“Property is perfect because it has a full kitchen so all the good food that you can’t finish can be put in the refrigerator and warmed up later. It’s also right by a Publix so you can buy groceries. It’s also in walking distance to all that is going on in Nashville. ”

“This hotel is in a wonderful location and the rooms and staff were nice. Currently, there is a fair amount of the hotel is under renovations. The front outdoor patios and pool/rooftop were closed. While not a big deal and we had a fantastic stay, it should have been disclosed when booked. We'll definitely be back...when all finished”

“Front desk accidentally charged me $1050 in pending charges instead of $450. I brought it to their attention and they said it would take 10 days to clear. Then charged me $30 over my total bill upon checkout. And then when I checked my Hilton account online, it looks like they charged me another $30 on top of the $30 extra checkout charge, exceeding amount of total bill stated upon check in.
