“The Cher suite was wonderful, my wife and I stayed here for my birthday, and the suite was spacious and fit our needs wonderfully. The location was great, short walk to many of the things Sturgeon Bay had to offer. The room was decorated very nicely, and felt quite homey. The shower was a big as it appears in the pictures, only downside was I expected more than one of the shower functions to work at once. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were lacking. Overall it was a phenomenal stay. ”

“This was a great stay for a family reunion - everyone from my 90 year old mom to her 8 week old great-granddaughter had a wonderful time. So nice to have enough rooms that all the couples could have their own space. We loved the hot tub, and spent many hours in conversation gathered around the fire ring. Also a great layout for the house so everyone had their own space yet could be together. Slightly disappointed with the exterior maintenance of the house; poor front window condition took away from the lake view, taped screen door, deck floor boards are soft, and really needs pressure washed to remove dead bugs, cobwebs, and...

“This property is so peaceful! Door County Cottage, near Haines Beach has a large lot with room to have private camp fire with and neighbors far enough away through the woods that you feel secluded. The Cottage is very clean and remodeled recently. Beds are so comfortable with large rooms. Everything really sets this property apart, and then there is all the extras: Kayaks, bicycles, toys for littles and games for adults! I definitely recommend this property. Owners are easy to contact and fast...

“I brought my large family of 16 - 3 adult kids and their spouses along with 8 grandkids ages 10-19. Our plan had each family choosing daytime activities and each family preparing one dinner. The larger main kitchen allowed us to all eat together. Kayaks were frequently used, s’mores were made over the bonfire near the water and the view was enjoyed by all. The teens loved watching their movies upstairs while adults played games downstairs. 16 happy people!”

“This cottage is perfect. The owners have literally thought of everything. There were 10 of us for a family vacation. It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of door county but close enough to enjoy it all. We took the kayaks out, the water is shallow but we were still able to get out there and enjoy the water. Beds were comfortable! Plenty of room for all of us, we had a great time! Owners were super responsive if we had any questions, we didn’t have too many because they had us prepared...
