Benvenuti nella Harbor House and Guest Cottage. situato nel cuore di Ephraim, Wisconsin! Ephraim, con il suo porto scintillante e il paesaggio pittoresco, è senza dubbio il gioiello della corona dei villaggi della baia di Door County.

La nostra casa con 5 camere da letto si trova in una strada tranquilla a 9801 Brookside Lane. L'aspetto esteriore è stato aggiornato con nuovi rivestimenti, intradossi e facciali, nonché tutte le nuove finestre e schermi.

The Harbour House ha un grande portico schermato, soggiorno, sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per 12, cucina, 2 bagni completi e 5 camere da letto (2 camere matrimoniali, ognuna con un materasso matrimoniale, due camere da letto con una serie di letti singoli ciascuno e uno con un letto a castello). Il soggiorno offre anche un divano letto queen-size.

Per vostra comodità sono forniti WiFi, Internet, TV via cavo HD, DVD, telefono, culla e seggiolone. Forniamo anche una griglia a carbone Weber, una buca per il fuoco all'aperto con sedie Adirondack e 4 kayak per i nostri ospiti. Tutti i letti sono dotati di cuscini, copriletti, coperte e coprimaterassi. Lenzuola, federe e asciugamani NON SONO FORNITI.

Questa casa è abbastanza grande per 2-3 famiglie da condividere facilmente, o riunire i tuoi amici e pianificare una gita da golf o fare shopping. Il parcheggio è previsto per un massimo di 3 auto. Per i gruppi che hanno un gran numero di persone, prendi in considerazione la prenotazione sia della casa con 5 camere da letto che del nostro cottage per ospiti con 2 camere da letto situato sul retro della nostra proprietà.

Gli ospiti dell'Harbour House hanno anche accesso all'acqua - la nostra area di accesso spiaggia / acqua privata si trova a un isolato dalla casa. (Nota: Harbour House non si trova sull'acqua e non abbiamo una vista sull'acqua). Questa è una grande comodità aggiuntiva per i nostri ospiti e il luogo perfetto per lanciare kayak o guardare il tramonto. A seconda del livello dell'acqua nella baia (attualmente, il livello dell'acqua è molto alto), abbiamo storicamente avuto una spiaggia qui per gli ospiti. A causa degli elevati livelli delle acque, la nostra area di spiaggia di sabbia è attualmente piuttosto piccola, ma è ancora un posto meraviglioso per lanciare kayak o nuotare nelle acque del porto dell'aquila di Ephraim. Inoltre, per coloro che cercano una spiaggia più ampia, la spiaggia pubblica di Ephraim si trova a soli due isolati da Harbour House.

The house was good, advertised as a 5 bedroom, however two were bunk beds not suitable for couples. Alittle disappointed with that. We did not spend much time in the house so we managed. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Spent most of our time at Red Putters Mini Golf prepping and competing in their Event. We plan on returning in 2026. Hopefully we can find accommodations that fit our needs.

Excellent stay at Harbor House

We had an excellent stay at the Harbor House! This property is situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just a few minutes' walk from Ephraim public beach. Check-in was quick and simple and the owner is very responsive. The property was clean and has excellent gathering areas for a group in the dining room, living room, front porch, and outdoor seating area. We LOVED the screened-in porch as it allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without dealing with the bugs that are ever-present in Door County! We enjoyed the use of the kayaks from the property and used the Ephraim public beach access to enter the water. There are window AC units in each room, with the exception of the laundry room/bedroom, but this room has screened windows that can be opened to allow air circulation. We had a very pleasant stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Gateway to Northern Door County

Harbor House is a warm, inviting home nestled just off the main road, making the location perfect for access to Peninsula Park, downtown Ephraim and Northern Door County. Large screened in porch, clean, spacious, and well stocked, this home is a great choice for your time away from home.

Great rental!

Our family had a great experience at Harbor House hosting our family of 5 adults and 3 children. We still had beds to spare! The screened in porch was my personal favorite. Everything was great! The location, accommodation, amenities, act. Def recommend.

Perfect location

This was for my daughters 34 birthday. Also our annual girls (family) trip. We had 2 great grandmas 1 grandma 2 daughters and 3 little men ages 4,2,and 8weeks. The home was perfect. Walking distance to a cute little candy shop and a breakfast nook. The public beach was so close. The yard was perfect for the little men to explore. The drawers were filled with everything that was needed to accommodate us. The rooms were cozy. Love this place! Thank you again for a perfect time spent there! Much love

Perfect for our Family

We were so pleased with our stay at the Harbor House! Everything was nice and tidy upon arrival, check in directions were clear, and hosts checked in with us. We outgrew a different place we used to stay in Door County, and this was the perfect place to fit all 8 of us, including children. Having 4 bedrooms is so accommodating. Our favorite perks were the beautiful screened in porch, spacious yard with fire pit, and prime location. We will definitely be back!

Great property with plenty of spaces to relax. We had three generations and everyone was comfortable. The porch and fire pit were huge hits. The kayaks are also a wonderful perk. We rented both houses and highly recommend for a large group. Randy and Elizabeth were awesome hosts and very attentive.

Wonderful Stay

Four great lady friends enjoyed this lovely home and especially loved the front porch. Home is well appointed with all the important stuff..comfortable beds and furniture, good kitchen, enough room to enjoy being by yourself. Location is ideal, only a short walk to Main Street Ephraim and the Bay. Great value and Would definitely return

All seven of us were delighted and surprised and a very good way but how well appointed Harbour House is! The property manager reached out early and, while not in town, communicated quickly with us to answer questions, either by phone or text.

Classic Door County Charm, Ideal Location

Love this house! Cozy, clean, and lots of Door County charm with the large, enclosed front porch. (The porch would be ideal for a family game night in the summer with its tables and porch swing.) We had a nice time at the fire pit surrounded by plenty of Adirondack chairs for our group. (Bring your own firewood.) Even saw beautiful northern lights from the beach a couple of blocks away, and heard coyotes yipping and howling in the wooded area to the west. Very responsive host. Highly recommend!

Cozy Door County house

House was comfortable with a very nice porch. Plenty of room to accommodate our group of 5. Nice firepit area for a group to enjoy (we didn't have the time to use it). The walk to the lake was only about a block away. The owners contacted us to check that all was ok when we checked in and again to ask if we had any check out questions. Highly recommend this rental.

Fall Festival Fun!

Our group of 6 comfortably stayed for Sister Bay’s Fall Festival. It was the perfect location! The large dining table was ideal for our group and the fire pit was a welcome retreat after a long day at the festival! This was our 2nd time renting The Harbor House and we will do it again!

Perfect place-perfect timing

We were a group of 73 year old women getting together here after our 55 year class reunion in Green Bay. There were 9 and all were comfortable with sleeping arrangements. Great location, walking distance to shore, where we were pretty lucky to see the northern lights. We had one little glitch with internet and was quickly taken care of with Randy. The hosts were very attentive, concerned that everything was good. A good and special time was had by us all. Thank you Randy and Elizabeth

Ladies Trip

My niece turned 50 this year so 10 of us celebrated with a ladies weekend. The house worked great for us. The location was perfect for us, centrally located for all we wanted to do.

Wonderful Place

Great place to stay!

Our family rented both homes on the property. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out, both inside and outside. The area was so incredibly quiet and yet so close to everything. Would highy recommend this rental. We will be back!

Excellent location and loved the house!

House was very clean and gave you the feeling of being home. Cozy set up and so much room! Location was perfect!!! If you are going to be visiting different places in door county this is the location to be. Owners have ensured all your basics are covered and more! Charming Harbor House

Wonderful, charming home, with fantastic screened in porch. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen (cooking and serving, utensils, glasses and plates), great location, and fantastic hosts. Randy was available and communicated with us easily and was accommodating. Would definitely stay again. If you choose this property, you won't be disappointed!

DC Family Reunion

We were in town for a family reunion and brought our kids. Their were 7 of us and the house was perfect with room for extras. The communication was great with Randy and the house had everything we needed and was spotless. The screened front porch was our favorite area and we hung out there often. We bbq'd on the Weber one evening and hung out around the fire pit and we also cooked a large breakfast and all needed supplies were there. I would highly recommend this house and we will be back our next visit.
