“Nice Lounge area to relax”

“Many things in the room were broken or dilapidated. But the important things like AC, hot water, and toilet were all working.”

“Staff was very helpful and kind. You can tell they care about the property and take pride in keep the rooms clean”

“Management is terrible. The lady that was there when I checked in (said she was the manager) was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Location feels unsafe. Furniture was outdated and unstable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.”

“Very gross! We checked our room and found blood stains all over the bed, gross congealed spots on the floor, and very spooky light switches. It is also has live ins who are noisy well into the night, we checked in at eleven and they were still very lively. Our stay was very short and will never happen again!”

“Mal odorante sia la camera che il corridoio, mi avevano detto che avrei avuto il servizio navetta per l aereoporto invece ho dovuto chiamare il taxi andata e ritorno 50 dollari, mentre attendevo il taxi ho visto passare le navette degli altri motel. Non lo consiglio a nessuno”

“The room never got vacuumed. The shower poured water on the whole bathroom floor, I had to dry the floors with towels regularly. I paid for a two queen sized beds and one double sofa bed, didn't get that either. Since I didn't get the sofa bed two of my friends left and had to make other arrangements. I asked the front desk for help with the sofa bed, no help of any kind. Expedia ignored me twice for help. Let my messages run to "restart conversation". The elevators got stuck and stalled every...

“Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. When entering the room the floors were very dirty. Windows broken. Holes in the walls. Fire alarm doesn’t work and is just hanging from the ceiling. Semen on the walls, when asked if we could get that cleaned up, the front desk guy came down with a spray bottle, wiped it a little and stated they will finish cleaning once we check out. We asked for a different room and were denied. We asked for more towels and we were told that we must return...
