“Near to harlem station green Line, easy to check in”

“Listen to past reviews and do not book. Called to get early check in. After about 20 min on hold, I was told OK, but had to call back to cancel because of 40min of traffic. I told them so would be very late and asked if I needed to call to confirm I was coming if it got past a certain time. I was told no, any time would be fine. I went to address- no sign of a Holiday Inn. I called with question on parking garage and entering and was told they were sorry, but they had overbooked. Said they...

“This was an excellent location for our trip to Loyola Medical Center. Room was simple and clean.”

“The staff was nice and available as advertised but the entire place does not have nearly enough good qualities to make up for the fact that the rooms are disgusting. It seemed fine enough on the surface until we checked the floors and mattress. The floors weren't even swept and the mattress itself looked like it was borrowed from a dumpster behind a brothel- stained and smelly. There were also clusters of black dots in all corners of the mattress just under the sheets which looked like bed bugs...

“Perfect location close to United Center and the Ice Hockey Rink. An uber took 10-15 minutes to get to the popular shopping areas in Chicago. There’s also a full Starbucks 900 feet away from the hotel!! Price was great, staff was very friendly and rooms are large! ”

“Mal odorante sia la camera che il corridoio, mi avevano detto che avrei avuto il servizio navetta per l aereoporto invece ho dovuto chiamare il taxi andata e ritorno 50 dollari, mentre attendevo il taxi ho visto passare le navette degli altri motel. Non lo consiglio a nessuno”
