“I came into the place with two beds and one had pee in it and the staff not only did not give us a refund but was ready to leave us with no place to stay, and so we had to settle with the one bed then accused us of doing it and not taking accountability for the situation.”

“Location is great. The staff wonderful and helpful. Some features of the room, however, were a bit problematic. One of the light features in the air conditioning would hit the wall and create a persistent noise. If you’re a light sleeper it may wake you up throughout the night. The other issue we had was the hot water in the bathroom randomly stopped in the morning. The hotel staff got maintenance to fix it by the end of the day, but it was an annoyance.
