“This would probably have been a totally fine stay except there was about 50 members of the same family staying there, maybe 75, and their kids were marauding round the hotel leaving trash, upturned chairs, broken glasses etc all over the place. The bar was a no go area because they'd taken over, so loud. Not enough staff to police the bad behavior or clean up and the parents were doing nothing. “Ive stayed at this hotel so was a return guest. I was shocked that after i had booked through expedia i was phoned by the hotel to say we had to pay extra to use the pool area. It would have been an extra £160 for use of the pool for one afternoon and a early swim the morning. The breakfast this morning was poor and the service very disappointing.
